About the Team

What families can expect.

Our 12U team competes against strong competition while continuing to develop the fundamentals that prepare players for the transition to the big diamond. Practices are intentional, high-tempo, and designed to maximize every rep, while every player is expected to compete with character and contribute to a team-first culture.

Families should expect two team practices per week in season, small-group skill work between games, and a schedule of local tournaments and league play that keeps travel reasonable and weekends family-friendly.

Our coaching philosophy is simple: teach the game the right way, coach effort and character as intentionally as skills, and give every player the reps and feedback they need to grow. Bombers is a community program first — the goal is players who love the game and play it well for a long time.

The 2026 12U Bombers participated in the KVBSA Advanced division and were Runner-Up for the Championship.
