Do I need to be in Little League to try out?
Bombers complements Little League, and most of our players come from YALL & YNLL — but tryouts are open to any player in the area who wants to grow with us.
What happens at a Bombers tryout?
Bombers tryouts are designed to help us get to know each player – not just evaluate baseball skills. Players will warm up, throw, field, hit, run, and participate in game-like situations while our coaches observe how they compete, communicate, and respond to coaching. We value effort, attitude, teamwork, and coachability alongside athletic ability. Just as importantly, tryouts are an opportunity for families to get to know Bombers, ask questions, and see whether our program is the right fit for their player.
What should my player bring?
Glove, bat, helmet, cleats, and water. Catchers should bring their gear if they have it.
What's the commitment look like?
Bombers practices year-round and plays a mix of league and tournament games in spring and summer. We'll walk you through the full picture so your family knows exactly what to expect before committing.
When will we hear back?
Coaches will follow up within a week of the final tryout date with next steps.
