Michigan Bombers Baseball was founded on a simple belief: families shouldn't have to choose between community baseball and meaningful player development.
We're building another path—one where young athletes receive outstanding coaching, compete at a higher level, and remain connected to the Little League community that first sparked their love of the game.
As a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Bombers exists to make those opportunities more accessible for local families today while building a stronger baseball community for tomorrow.

Our Story
Built by community.
Bombers was created by parents and coaches from the Ypsi-Arbor American and Ypsilanti National Little League communities who saw talented players leaving in search of additional development opportunities.
Rather than asking families to choose between community baseball and competitive baseball, we set out to build a program that could do both.
Today, Bombers provides year-round coaching, local competition, and intentional player development while remaining deeply connected to the Little League community that gave us our start.
What Makes Bombers Different
A different kind of travel baseball.
We develop complete players.
Winning is important. Development comes first. Every practice, game, and training session is designed to help players build skills that prepare them for higher levels of baseball—not just the next weekend tournament.
We coach the whole athlete.
Confidence, accountability, resilience, leadership, and teamwork aren't byproducts of baseball. They're part of what we intentionally teach.
We strengthen our community.
Bombers builds on the foundation players develop in Little League by providing additional coaching, competitive opportunities, and year-round player development. Our goal is to help young athletes continue growing while strengthening baseball throughout the Ypsi-Arbor community.

Every child who is willing to work, learn, and grow should have the opportunity to develop as a player. As a nonprofit organization, we partner with families, volunteers, businesses, and community supporters to keep those opportunities within reach for more children.
